Bluffton Proclaims Gullah/Geechee Nation Appreciation Week 2019
The Town of Bluffton, SC continues to be a part of “Gullah/Geechee Nation Appreciation Week.” This year they will host a pre-Gullah/Geechee Nation Appreciation Week “Gullah Backyard Cookout” on July 20th at the Heyward House.
Tune in to Gullah/Geechee TV (GGTV) as Queen Quet, Chieftess of the Gullah/Geechee Nation (www.QueenQuet.com) takes us on a journey to that historic site, the Garvin-Garvey House, and to the new Bluffton County Council Chambers as well.
