Queen Quet, Chieftess of the Gullah/Geechee Nation (www.QueenQuet.com) returns to MUSC to discuss how cultural collaboration has been not only the basis of existence for the Gullah/Geechee culture, but how it is now central to the sustainability of this coastal community. All those that have been interested in the historical legacy and the efforts to continue the traditions of the Gullah/Geechee Nation will be able to engage in an interactive dialogue in celebration of these traditions and Women’s Herstory Month.
