Queen Quet, Chieftess of the Gullah/Geechee Nation (www.QueenQuet.com) is a special guest that will do book and CD signings at the event. This is another stop on the “Gullah/Geechee Land & Legacy World Tour.”
On Sunday, April 20th, the celebration moves to Savannah and the Beach Institute on East Harris Street for the exhibit opening for the “Art of Richard Law” and a lecture “Ouidah Gullah Geechee” by Dr. Amir Jamal Touré of the Gullah/Geechee Nation Wisdom Circle Council of Elders.
