Tune in to this special Black History Month screening and discussion of the documentary, Memorias Afro-Atlanticas which follows the footsteps of the father of Gullah/Geechee linguistics, Dr. Lorenzo Dow Turner from the Gullah/Geechee Nation to Brazil. The documentary centers on the continuation of the Afro-spiritual practice of Candomblé .
