1) COVID-19 is a VIRUS.

A virus is also defined as “a harmful or corrupting influence.”  Please DO NOT allow the media to get you to believe that you need not have connections to other people.  That is not a healthy way to live and it would be harmful.  There is a corrupting influence that can cause xenophobia if you isolate yourself and listen to constant inconsistent reporting online and on TV.  So, unplug and heal for most of the day.  You need only watch one or two MEDICAL broadcasts per day to know what is the latest update on the BEST PRACTICES regarding preventative and healing measures regarding this or any other virus.

4) The Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) in each state is providing health information via websites and direct emails to those that are on their contact lists.
