An “Herb Walk” is a stroll that will be taken in a park, roadside, or woods to learn how to identify and use different plants native/local this area for food and/or for medicine. We have valuable resources growing all around us and many of us have no idea of what they are! This is the perfect chance to get some oxygen & light exercise and pick up some wonderful and engaging survival information at the same time. Hosted and facilitated by herbalists, Yuma “Docta Yew” Bellomee, LaDawn “Khetnu Nefer” Frasier, and Khet Waas Hutip.
